Seva is a Sanskrit word meaning “selfless service.” In yoga, it’s the practice of giving from the heart without expectation of return. At Pinecone Yoga, we honor this tradition through our donation-based community classes. These offerings are designed to make yoga accessible to everyone while building community connection. By participating, you’re not only supporting your own well-being but also helping sustain opportunities for others to practice.
