Wintering Yin

Ease into winter with our seasonal yin yoga practice. Classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure a specialized environment.

Wednesdays (Led by Lead Trainer, Catherine) / 6-7 pm / June10th-August 26th
Saturdays (Rotating Teacher) / 9:45-10:45 am / June 6th-September 26th
Seva is a core principle of this offering — a portion of the proceeds will be donated directly to the market.

Things To Know:

  • $10-$25 suggested donation per class.

  • Limited to a maximum of 32 participants.

  • 18+ (minors may attend but will need a liability waiver signed by a parent/guardian, and an adult must accompany respectful children).

  • No previous yoga experience is required, but an open mind and a willingness to explore your practice are encouraged.

  • Try to arrive at least five minutes early to settle in.

  • A limited supply of mats, blocks, and straps will be available.

  • No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Wintering Yin

Slow down and move through winter with intention. This class will begin as we enter winter and, over the season, we'll observe more light peering into the windows as spring welcomes us.

Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga that focuses on longer holds and passive stretches designed to target the body's connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints.

Things To Know:

  • Classes are $20 a session.

  • Limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

  • Classes will be released on a monthly basis for January, February, and March.

  • No previous yoga experience is required, but an open mind and a willingness to explore your practice are encouraged.

  • Try to arrive at least five minutes early to settle in.

  • Bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps will be available.

  • Prenatal/postnatal friendly.
